WordPress Website Updates and Elementor Support for Sequence Consulting
Sequence Consulting is an association consulting firm based in Hinsdale, Illinois, in the Chicago area. Its work focuses on association strategy, membership growth, member research and revenue development. The company needed dependable website support to keep its existing online presence polished, informative and current.
The client originally hired me through Upwork and has returned several times for additional projects. My work has included WordPress website updates, Elementor page design, content additions, visual cleanup and ongoing website content maintenance, guided by the client’s specific requests.
This is a collaborative website that the client also updates himself. My contribution has been to refine existing pages, add new content and provide design support as the website continues to evolve.
Visual Cleanup for an Established Consulting Website
Working within the existing design, I helped improve how information is presented across the website. The client’s visual cleanup brief emphasized careful refinements that respected the established content, page structure and marketing direction.
This work focused on:

Publication Page Design and Content Organization
The publications project involved a client-supplied spreadsheet containing 28 publication records. I used the provided information to build a consistent Elementor page showcasing articles from industry sources such as ASAE, CSAE, Sidecar, FORUM Magazine and Associations Evolve.
The publication layout brings together article titles, publication sources, dates, categories, supplied summaries and links to the original articles. Consistent formatting and a chronological presentation make the collection easier to browse, while repeated content blocks provide a practical format for future additions.
This gives the firm’s published expertise a dedicated place on its website and helps prospective clients explore topics relevant to their organizations.
Podcast Page Design for Expert Interviews
I also worked from a supplied list of eight podcast appearances to create a dedicated podcast page. Each entry presents the podcast name, episode title, date, topic and client-provided summary, along with a link to listen.
The page organizes interviews about association growth, leadership, member experience, partnerships and artificial intelligence into a consistent format. This helps visitors discover the client’s media appearances and choose conversations that interest them.
Page Updates, Templates, Graphics and SEO Support
Across separate assignments, my support has included updating existing pages and templates, creating new pages, adding supplied content, adjusting graphics and images, making SEO-related updates and updating navigation when requested.
The work combines practical content management with attention to layout and presentation. It is a useful approach for business owners who actively manage their websites and want an experienced designer available for additional pages, visual improvements or more involved updates.
Website platform: WordPress with Elementor and Elementor Pro, using the existing Twenty Seventeen theme. The site’s existing setup also includes Rank Math SEO.
Ongoing Support as the Website Evolves
The client continues to make his own website changes and returns to me when he needs additional help. That working relationship gives him flexibility to manage everyday content while bringing me in for specific design and maintenance projects.
