I designed and built a WordPress website for ETOP Wire Solutions, a manufacturer specializing in custom cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and connector solutions. Using the Avada theme, I brought the company’s technical capabilities, industry applications, quality information, and contact options into a cohesive website for prospective business customers.

This manufacturing website design project highlights my approach to working with factories, industrial suppliers, and engineering companies: organize specialized information clearly, present the business professionally, and make the next step easy to find.

Making Technical Capabilities Easier to Explore

The website is organized around six core pages: Home, About, Capabilities, Industries Served, Quality & Certifications, and Contact. This structure gives visitors several ways to explore the business, whether they are learning about ETOP for the first time or looking for a specific manufacturing capability.

The Capabilities page presents custom cable assembly, wire harness manufacturing, overmolding and connector tooling, engineering and prototyping, and testing services in clearly defined sections. Breaking this information into focused areas helps visitors review the company’s offerings without working through one long, uninterrupted description.

An Industries Served page connects those capabilities to applications in automotive and electric vehicles, industrial automation and robotics, medical equipment, consumer electronics, and aerospace. This gives potential customers a starting point that relates to their own products and projects.

Presenting the Information Manufacturing Buyers Need

For a technical manufacturer, the website needs to communicate how the company approaches production and quality. I created a dedicated space for ETOP’s published certifications, testing procedures, and traceability information, making these details easy to locate during an initial supplier review.

The About page adds company background, facility information, and a manufacturing image gallery. Together, these pages give visitors a fuller picture of the business, connecting its capabilities with the people, processes, and operations behind them.

Creating Clear Paths to Project Inquiries

The website includes prominent contact buttons, project inquiry prompts, and quote forms across key pages. Visitors can move from reviewing capabilities or industry applications to contacting ETOP about their requirements.

The Contact page brings the company’s U.S. locations, contact details, and inquiry form together in one place. These elements make the website a practical resource for early conversations with potential customers and a useful destination for referrals and sales outreach.

Building with WordPress and Avada

I used WordPress and Avada to create coordinated page layouts, a consistent navigation structure, and a clear visual hierarchy across the website. Manufacturing imagery supports the technical content, while headings and defined sections make detailed information easier to browse.

The completed website brings ETOP’s company information, capabilities, industries served, and quality content into one organized online presence. It also provides a flexible foundation for updating service information and expanding the site as the business develops.

A Continuing Client Relationship across Multiple Websites

ETOP Wire Solutions is one of several websites this client hired me to create. Our work together also includes American Tooling & Machining and WinBridge, extending across precision manufacturing and business consulting.

The American Tooling & Machining website design project presents services such as CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal fabrication, and injection molding. My WinBridge B2B consulting website design showcases another side of this client relationship, supporting a business that works with international suppliers and the U.S. market.

Together, these projects demonstrate my experience presenting specialized services for manufacturing and business-to-business audiences while giving each company its own website and message.
