Custom WordPress Video Tutorials and Ongoing Support
For the websites I designed for Jeannine, I also provided personalized video guides showing her how to make her own website updates. These tutorials give her instructions she can pause, replay, and return to whenever she needs a refresher.
Jeannine has used and enjoyed the guides, putting that training into practice to manage updates herself. When a change is more complicated or she feels unsure about tackling it, she continues to hire me for additional help.
That combination of WordPress training and ongoing website support gives her flexibility: she can handle the updates she feels comfortable making and reach out to someone who already knows her websites when she needs assistance.
