I redesigned the WordPress website for California Development and Renovation, a general contracting and home improvement company serving San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area. Their previous website was much smaller, and they wanted stronger content and a more complete presentation to help attract new business.
The project came to me through a referral from another construction company. I used the Avada theme to expand the website into a detailed resource for prospective customers, combining service information, project images, customer reviews, and clear opportunities to request an estimate.

I included inquiry forms and prominent estimate-request opportunities to make the next step clear. Visitors could share their contact details, location, and project information from the website.
The Contact page combined business information, a contact form, and an embedded Google Map. These practical features connected the website’s expanded content with a straightforward way for prospective customers to reach the company.
SEO and Content for the San Francisco Bay Area
The project included search engine optimization alongside the expanded service content. The website connected the company’s work with its Bay Area service region, including San Francisco, Marin, Alameda, Contra Costa, and San Mateo counties.
Service-specific headings, page titles, and descriptive content helped explain what the business offered and where it worked. I also connected Google Analytics so the company could monitor website traffic and visitor activity as it developed its online presence.
